The official home page of Karoliina SalminenHelloWelcome to my web page. Some parts may be very outdated, and I may not have very much time to update the pages to perfect them, but you may still find something useful from the pages. I live in Espoo and I work for with Maemo (Nokia's Linux based platform) in Ruoholahti Helsinki. I have too many hobbies and too little time and I am very busy nowadays. I for example fly aircraft (multiple types, including Diamond DA40 (PIK's Diamond), Cirrus SR20 (WVFC's Cirrus), Cirrus SR22 (WVFC's Cirrus), Diamond DA42 Twin Star (multiengine training is ongoing on that type)). I am also gluing RC aircraft together and trying to fly them without breaking them too early. Next intended step is to design own models, and maybe later to grow up to larger ones. Obviously I am studying aerodynamics, aircraft structures, aircraft design etc. as a hobby. too. You can read more about that from my plane blog. People have also liked my electronic music which resembles the old Oxygene-Equinoxe -style of Jean-Michel Jarre. There is not that much music on that unique style out there, so I feel that there is some demand for utilizing sometimes my creativity on that. Unfortunately I have been lately too busy to publish new music, but I have couple of unfinnished projects that I have been playing with etc. and I really like the Logic Studio. Something might be coming at some point, but as a project manager I have used to not overpromise. Lets see what I come up with. My content on the webIncluding, but not limited to:
